The Elements is another living design marvel, enclosed by protected wetlands and water streams, thus blending into and becoming a part of nature itself. The apartment complex located in Rajagiriya, offers the most sophisticated, contemporary luxury vertical living experience, constructed with the best of class industry practices.
This was designed by Archt. Mohan Silva of Avant-Garde Urban Design Partnership and constructed by MAGA Engineering.
Our contribution to the project
Under the consultancy of Maga Engineering, Leadingway Ventures was the primary supplier of Armaflex Class “O” NBR insulation for thermal application at The Elements Kotikawatta.
