Pearl Grand Tower Hotel

Pearl Grand Tower is a 5 star hotel complex which is set to be of 44 stories giving a total height of 177.5m. It is situated in the middle of the commercial hub of Sri Lanka enclosed by the premium destinations of luxury, shopping, entertainment and monuments.

A development by the Pearl Group of Hotels it encompasses a land area of 1655 square meters on ground and includes facilities such as retail areas, banquet halls, specialty restaurants, pools, gyms, spa facilities as well as the most interesting feature- a 360 degree viewing deck where the entire landscape of the ancient environ of Colombo –(Bambalapitiya) can be viewed in all its splendor.

Our contribution to the project

Leadingway Ventures was the primary supplier of ArmaFlex Class O and Armasound insulation for thermal and acoustic application at the Pearl Grand Tower Hotel.
