Armaflex Class “O”
This prominent project was launched by East West Properties Ltd. under their subsidiary Weligama Hotel Properties (Pvt) Ltd, as the first foot print in Sri Lanka by the esteemed Marriott Chain, considered World’s No 1 Hotel chain.
The Architectural Concept Designs for the hotel were carried out by European Architects Studio 906 based in Thailand. ACS Integrated was appointed at time of construction for the development of the design and to guide it to completion in close collaboration with the Singapore based Interior Designers Wilson Associates, and the Landscape Designers Belt Collins.
Our contribution to the project
Leadingway Ventures was the primary supplier of Armaflex Class “O” NBR insulation for thermal application at the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort and Spa.
